Add a few drops to your bath, rub onto skin after bathing or use to massage your body after a long day.
Directions for Use:
As bath oil: Add 2 capfuls to your bath water
As massage oil: Use as much as requires and massage into areas that feel tense or sore
As body oil: Apply to damp skin after your bath
